By browsing this site, purchasing something, booking a chat, or making a donation, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of This Site
This site is a mix of things: original digital artwork, a Human Design report generator, a public log of my own swim/walk/yoga practice, a travel photo map, a multiplayer drawing game, and a way to book a chat with me. Nothing here is a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice — that includes Human Design reports, which are offered for entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration, not as a diagnostic or professional tool. You should seek qualified professionals for guidance in those areas.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Artwork, Human Design reports, and other content on this site are creative and interpretive in nature. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are made regarding how they will be used, received, or resonate with you.
3. Human Design Reports
Your Human Design report is generated from the birth date, time, and place you provide, so its accuracy depends on that input being correct. If you're not sure of your exact birth time, you can edit it later (up to two times per report) and the chart will be recalculated. Reports are for personal reflection and entertainment — see Section 1 above.
4. Scheduling a Chat
Requesting a chat through the site is just that — a request. It's not confirmed until I approve it, at which point you'll get a Zoom link and calendar invite. Plans change; if you need to reschedule or cancel, the confirmation email includes a link to do that, no explanation required.
5. Your Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your use of any artwork, report, or other content downloaded or received from this site, and that you use it at your own discretion and within the license or terms granted at purchase.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase artwork or a Human Design report, or to make a donation on this site. Browsing the site, viewing The Practice or Travel Photos, or playing Guest Artist doesn't require an account or payment, so there's no age gate on those.
7. Confidentiality
Your personal information is treated as private and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
All digital artwork and Human Design reports are non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or generated. Digital products are final sale once accessed.
Refund eligibility is limited and governed by the separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevent delivery and cannot be resolved.

9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, digital content, and written materials provided through this site remain my intellectual property. Purchases grant personal use only. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or resold without prior written permission.

10. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at my discretion, including in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misuse of the site.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, its content, or its digital products and services.
