Thank you for supporting my work. Each piece of artwork and every Human Design report is put together with intention and delivered with care. Please review the following before purchasing.

Digital Artwork & Downloads

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, I cannot offer returns or exchanges once a download has been accessed.

Human Design Reports

Reports are generated instantly from the birth details you enter, so they're final sale once generated — same as the artwork above. If you got your birth time slightly wrong, that's not a refund situation: you can edit it directly on the report (up to two times) and it'll recalculate for you, no need to reach out. If something looks like a genuine calculation error rather than an input issue, contact me and I'll sort it out.

Technical Issues

Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevent delivery and cannot be resolved. If you experience an issue, please contact me within 7 days of purchase.

Donations

Donations made through the Donate page are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.

Everything Else

The Practice, Travel Photos, and Guest Artist are free to use — nothing to refund there. Scheduling a chat is also free; if plans change, just use the cancel link in your confirmation email rather than requesting a refund (there's nothing to refund, but the calendar invite should still be cleaned up).
